By accepting a quotation or allowing work to commence, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Quotations All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the agreed scope of work; any additional work requested will be charged separately.

 

2. Payment Terms

● For jobs over £1,500, a 50% deposit is required before work commences.

● The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless agreed in writing.

● For jobs £1,500 or under, payment is due in full upon completion.

● Late payments may result in additional charges.

 

3. Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed start date may result in the deposit being retained. If work has begun, payment is required for work completed and materials used.

4. Access & Preparation The customer must provide safe and clear access to the work area. Delays caused by lack of access or unsuitable conditions may result in additional costs. Plastering and rendering are messy processes; reasonable care will be taken, but some dust or splashes may occur.

 

5. Materials All materials supplied remain the property of JPR Plastering and Rendering until paid for in full. The company is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied materials.

 

6. Drying & Finish Plaster and render require appropriate drying conditions. Minor shrinkage cracks can occur and are a normal part of the drying process. These are normally filled and corrected prior to decorating.

 

7. Delays The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, illness, or circumstances beyond its control.

 

8. Liability All work is carried out to a reasonable professional standard. Liability is limited to the value of the work completed.

 

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
